Families with children: YOU are the heart of this ministry and represent the present and future of our church and of our world. In line with our church’s four canons, our prayer for CBC children’s ministry is to make disciples in our children while building upon an authentic Christian community of families.  
 
Thank you for entrusting your child to us. We prioritize safety through proper training from our leadership and Ministry Safe certifications for each and every volunteer. Our classrooms are organized by grade in addition to a “Buddy” classroom, especially designed for kids with lower sensory needs. Every Sunday morning classroom teaches lessons from Lifeway Ministries: Hyfi and/or Saddleback Kids.

Birth – Kindergarten: Your children in kindergarten or younger are invited to Connect Group (Sunday School) at 9:00am with an Extended Session (extended learning and play) through the 10:30 service.  These classrooms are located on the main level of the church near the Rec, at the “F” entrance. 9:00am Connect Groups use the Hyfi Curriculum and 10:30am Extended Care uses the Saddleback Kids Curriculum.
 
1st – 5th Grade: Your children in 1st – 5th Grade are invited to attend a Connect Group (Sunday School) at 9:00am OR 10:30am. We encourage families to worship with their 1st-5th grade children during the worship time (9:00am OR 10:30am) when they are not in their Connect Group. These classrooms are located down the stairs when you turn right after you enter the “C” entrance of the church. Both 9:00am and 10:30am Elementary Connect Groups use the Hyfi Curriculum.

Every Sunday morning classroom teaches lessons from Lifeway Ministries: Hyfi and/or Saddleback Kids.

Cost:
$12 per semester or
$20 per year per child

Annual dues cover handbook, awards and supplies.
Uniform vests, shirts and book bags are available for purchase at an additional cost.

Limited scholarships are available.
